TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

General
1. Currency: All rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.
2. Reservation Approval: All reservations are subject to approval by the resort. Severn Lodge reserves the right to accept or decline any reservation at its sole discretion.
3. Applicable Taxes: A 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) applies to all rates and services.
4. Rates & Policies: All rates and policies are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed until your reservation has been confirmed in writing.
Severn Lodge reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation without notice or stated cause. In such cases, any deposits on file will be refunded in full.

Check-In & Check-Out
5. Check-In: Check-in time is 4:00 PM.
6. Check-Out: Check-out time is 10:00 AM.

Payment
7. Accepted Methods: Severn Lodge accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, debit cards, cash, traveller's cheques, and certified personal cheques.

Pet Policy
8. Main Lodge: For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted at Severn Lodge. Please inquire about nearby kennel facilities.
9. Offsite Cottages: Guests staying in one of our offsite cottages are welcome to bring well-behaved pets, subject to the following conditions:
- Pets must be kept on a leash at all times.
- Owners are responsible for the immediate cleanup of all pet waste.
- Should complaints arise regarding your pet, you may be required to place the animal in a local kennel for the remainder of your stay.
- Pet owners will be held responsible for any damage to the property caused by their pet.

Deposits & Cancellation Policy
10. Deposit Requirement: A deposit equivalent to one night per room is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise indicated.
11. Cancellation - 14+ Days Prior to Arrival: If a reservation is cancelled fourteen (14) or more days prior to the arrival date, the full deposit will be refunded.
12. Cancellation - Fewer Than 14 Days Prior to Arrival: If a reservation is cancelled fewer than fourteen (14) days prior to the arrival date, the full deposit is non-refundable.
13. Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of $50.00 per person will apply to all cancellations.
14. Rebooking Exception: Should Severn Lodge be able to rebook the room for the exact same dates and package pricing prior to the original arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full, less a $250.00 administrative fee.
15. Non-Utilization: Severn Lodge is not liable for the non-utilization of any package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather conditions or any other circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to medical emergencies, bereavement, or travel and transportation disruptions.
