With the support from AboutFace, Camp Maple Leaf will have funded camp spots available for children and youth with a facial difference.

HOW TO APPLY

Please apply for one camper at a time.
Apply directly to Camp Trailblazers by completing this application.
Fill out the bursary application that will be forwarded to you by About Face for confirmation of acceptance into the session. Please note all bursary applications must be received by About Face no later than May 31, for consideration into the program.
Once Camp Trailblazers (Camp Maple Leaf) receives confirmation that your bursary has been approved by About Face; we will email your acceptance along with Camper Information Forms.
