- All rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
- All reservations are subject to availability and approval by the resort. We reserve the right to accept or reject any reservation.
- We do not permit more than the maximum number of people per cottage.
- Adult occupancy rates are per person and include daily access to open and available spa and resort amenities for the entire length of your stay.
- Pool, hot tubs and other spa amenities are in a 19+ environment. Beach, lake and reminder of the resort is an all age environment.
- Adult per person rates decrease with occupancy of 4 adults or more.
- Initial deposit for future bookings will be $250/night/cabin Outstanding balance will be charged 30 days from arrival day. If booking less than 30 days in advance the full balance will be charged as deposit.
- 100% Refund policy is in effect with written cancellation notice given 7 days prior to check in.
- Less than7 days a full or partial refund may be an option if we successfully rerent the unit.
- An Eco Fee of $1 per person, per night is applied to all bookings and is applied to sustainable tourism efforts.
- All accommodations are non-smoking units, evidence (signs or smell) of failure to abide could result in a $250 cleaning charge to be applied to the card on file.
- Damage caused by negligence or malice could result in repair or replacement charges to the card on file.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Amplified outside your cabin is not permitted.
- Prices are subject to applicable tax.

The cabin will be clean and sanitized prior to your arrival.
Check in is 3pm
You're more than welcome to arrive early, if your cabin is ready we'll hand over the key, if it's not, enjoy the property until it is.
Check out is 10am
We usually need the cabins back to clean them for incoming guests so a later check out is not always an option. That said, you don't have to leave the property, hang out as long as you like.
