POLICIES:

All reservations are subject to availability and approval by Arowhon Pines.

Rates are Full American Plan - they include accommodation, three consecutive meals per day and carte blanche use of all recreational facilities at Arowhon Pines and in Algonquin Park. Rates are quoted in Canadian funds.

Minimum Night Requirements: Generally, for rooms in cabins there is a minimum 2 night stay requirement for weekends - 3 nights on most long weekends. Our private and 2 Room Suites are popular and can be booked for 4 nights or more. There are opportunities to stay for a shorter time, especially during our shoulder season - and especially if your dates are flexible - contact us!

New! Deposit and Cancellation Policy
In order to confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of $ 100 per person per night payable by Visa or Mastercard.
If you cancel your reservation completely before 14 days prior to your arrival date, the full deposit is refundable.
If you cancel your reservation completely within 14 days prior to your arrival date, you forfeit the full deposit.
If you shorten your stay within 14 days prior to your arrival date, or do not keep the reservation as booked (arrive later, leave early), you forfeit $ 100 per person per night.

Payment Final payment is due upon checkout with cash, debit card, VISA or MasterCard.

Pets Sorry, not allowed. We can recommend good boarding near Huntsville.

Taxes and Service Charge: Rates are subject to a 15% service charge (in lieu of tipping; please, no additional tipping) and current Canadian taxes (13% HST).

Check In Time is 3 PM. You're welcome to arrive early and have lunch as your first meal. We will try our best to have your room ready early. If arriving after 8 PM, please contact us; you may order a cold plate.

Check Out Time is 1 PM. Please arrange for luggage service, then enjoy your lunch and linger as long as you wish.

Dress is informal.

*Wine* Please bring your own wine - we're not licensed - and our food deserves it! The nearest liquor store is 40 km away.
