TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Your online "Reservation Request" is subject to availability and approval by the lodge.
You will receive a confirmation promptly (certainly within 24 hours) ... OR we will get back to you with any questions.

DEPOSIT: A deposit of $300.00 CAD per adult/teen is required to confirm your reservation.
Your deposit will be put on your Visa/MasterCard/Amex account. DEBIT CARDS NOT ACCEPTED FOR DEPOSITS.
Cancellations received one week prior to your arrival will be refunded.

PAYMENT: Our rates are in Canadian Dollars and are subject to the HSTax of 13%.
Final payment is due upon checkout by cash, debit card, VISA, MasterCard or Amex.

GRATUITIES/SERVICE: While many Ontario resorts add a service charge to guests' bills, we do not.
Gratuities for service, left at your discretion, are much appreciated by our staff.
Most guests leave 10-15% when settling their account, which is then distributed to all our staff.

AMERICAN PLAN: Three meals for each night you stay are included.
You may begin with either lunch or dinner on the day of your arrival. We cannot make allowances for missed meals.
Hearty picnic lunches can be ordered in the evening for the next day.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Cabins are ready for check-in between 2 and 4 pm, though you're welcome to come early
and start your meals with lunch. Please check out of your cabin by 1 pm, then feel free to linger all afternoon!

EVENING ARRIVALS: As a small, family-run establishment, we close our gate and office after 10 pm. If you plan
to arrive after dinner, we'd be pleased to make arrangements for a late check-in.

DRESS: Dress is informal around the Lodge. Most guests come to dinner "smart casual".

LIQUOR: We're not licensed to serve liquor, however you're welcome to bring your own wine ... we'll be
happy to supply the corkscrew and glasses.

SMOKE-FREE: Our dining lodge, lobby, lounge and guest cabins are all smoke-free.

PETS: We accept well-behaved dogs only in the five cabins on the mainland portion of our property. For terms, please see our website.
Reservations to bring a dog MUST be made by phone or e-mail, NOT ONLINE.

OUR PRIVACY POLICY: Guests can be assured that the information they provide for reservation and registration will be
kept private and used only for the purpose of their stay at the Lodge. We will not disclose your personal information to
any third party, nor use it for any other purpose than is stated here.
