TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Deposits will be credited to accounts on confirmed departure date. If necessary for a guest to cancel a booking, deposit shall be refundable, less $50. per person service and bookkeeping charge, provided written notice of said cancellation has been received by Fern Resort 14 Days prior to arrival date. Less than 14 days, deposit is forfeited unless package is resold.

As is the policy with most resort hotels, guests who depart prior to their confirmed departure date will be charged the mini getaway one day rate per day stayed and will forfeit their deposit unless we are able to rent their accommodation, on the same day as they depart, for the full period originally booked.

All rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars and are subject to tax. All reservations are subject to approval by the resort.

Fern Resort shall not become liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.

TAXES:

All rates quoted are subject to 13% HST tax.
