Rental Program:

Revenue Sharing: By depositing an interval week into the Rental Program, the owner agrees that revenue sharing will be on the basis of a 50/50 split before taxes. Blue Water Acres will collect and remit applicable taxes.

Responsibility for Damage: Blue Water Acres will be fully responsible for any damages that may be caused by a renter under this program.

Withdrawal of Interval from Rental Program: By depositing one or more intervals into the resort rental program, you agree that it cannot be withdrawn without written notification and then only, if the cottage has not already been rented. You can do this by sending an email to resort@bwacres.com. You must receive a reply to your email from Blue Water Acres stating that the rental deposit has been successfully withdrawn.

Responsibility of Owner: It is the Owner’s responsibility to ensure that the interval deposited is available to a renter. For example, please make sure you don’t deposit a week into the resort rental program and into the Interval International Exchange program for the same week. Owner will be responsible for all expenses incurred to place renter into comparable accommodation elsewhere if interval is not available.
