Internal Exchange Program:

The owner agrees that Blue Water Acres is only acting as a facilitator in the process to assists owners to arrange an internal exchange of intervals among each other. The resort assumes no liability or responsibility for the exchange other than this role.

The owner understands that each user is jointly and severally liable for themselves and visitors in the event damage is caused to the cottage and contents.

The owners completing an internal exchange agree to pay an administrative fee to the Blue Water Acres Cottage Owners Association in the amount of $25 each when an internal exchange is agreed to by two owners.
